Coach JayAr Siliako joined the Delta program as an assistant coach in 2019. Prior to focusing his athletic abilities on volleyball,  JayAr was a star football player in high school. His volleyball coaching experience, prior to Delta, included working at McNair High School from 2018-2023.  He has coached both girls’ and boys’ volleyball at McNair.  JayAr focuses his coaching on working on both offense and defense during practices and assisting with game planning. 

In addition to coaching volleyball, Jay Ar is employed in Logistic engineering.  He is married to Ashleigh Herstrom-Silaiko, who is also a Delta Coach. JayAr has one daughter, Mika with son on the way.
