Sophomore shortstop Beau Philip has signed a letter-of-intent to play Baseball at Oregon State next year. Philip will start at shortstop for the Mustangs this spring and is looking to build on a great freshman campaign. Beau was named 1st team All Big 8 and All Northern California in 2017. He batted .322 avg, 43 rbi, 9 2b's, 3 hr, 18 sb while batting in the lead-off spot for the Mustangs. His efforts helped the Mustangs earn a Top 25 Perfect Game National Ranking, Top 5 Northern California Ranking and a California Elite Appearance.
