Mustangs Take Game two behind 6 run Third Inning

The Mustangs sent eleven men to the plate in the third inning and scored six times in the inning. Bryan Rosario, Zack Mathis, and Dario Gomez all hit rbi doubles in the inning. Thomas Greely had a two out rbi single in the ninth to secure the victory.

Starter Robert Gasser improved his record to 8-0 by going six innings. He allowed three earned runs and struck out six Wolverine hitters. Noah Denoyer threw three scoreless innings to earn the save striking out three in the process.

With the win the Mustangs improve to 8-3 in league play and 22-5 overall. Sierra falls to 10-4 and 22-6 overall. The two teams conclude the series tomorrow in Rocklin at 1:30.
