Zack Mathis - Delta College
Zack Mathis had an amazing week against 12th ranked Cosumnes River College. On Tuesday he was 2-4 with a HR, SB and 3 RBI. On Thursday he was 3-4 with a 2B, HR, SB's and 5 RBI. In game three on Saturday he was 4-5 with a 2B, HR and 9 RBI. On the week his totals are: 9-13 with nine runs scored, 17 RBI's, 3 HR, 2 2B's, and 3 stolen bases. Zack now leads the state in doubles (20) and rbi (57) and is fifth in HR (9).
Danny Zaldivar - Solano College
Last week Danny Zaldivar turned in another great start, this one vs College of Marin. Zaldivar quieted a lethal Mariner offense hurling 8 shutout innings, while striking out 5, and yielding only 5 hits. Danny has earned wins vs American River, Yuba, and on the road at Sierra.
