Add two more players to the list of D1 commitments for the 2019 Delta Mustangs. Freshmen Taison Corio and Clayton Westrope will both leave after their freshmen year to go to Division I programs.
Second baseman Taison Corio has committed to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Taison had a stellar freshman campaign in the lead off spot for the Mustangs. He finished the year batting .358 with 10 2B's, 1 3B, 3 HR, 44 RUNS, 38 RBI, and 24 SB's.
Lefthanded pitcher Clayton Westrope has committed to the University of Nevada Reno. In five starts for the Mustangs he recorded 29 strikeouts in 27 innings while going 4-0.
