After training all off season for a grueling Heptathlon and Decathlon, Clarissa Menil and Rhett Porter will advance to NorCals after completing their first multi of the year at American River. "These kids come earlier and leave later than everyone on long training days, they deserved every bit of this." -Coach Seales . Clarissa achieved the state B standard in the Heptathlon with a score of 3369. Rhett Porter ran a 30 second PR in the 1500m to complete the decathlon and hit the state A standard in the decathlon.
