Mustang cross country attended the state preview, Fresno invitational at Woodward Park.
The women placed 14th as a team and were led by freshman Vivianna Gardea with a blazing opening time of 20:17 in the 5k. She finished 16th overall.
She was trailed by freshman Maria Soto-Aguilar who ran 20:34. The men finished 16th as a team and were led by Mario Munoz in the 4 mile who achieved a time of 24:02 in the 4 mile.
Next week they will compete at the Chabot Invitational in Hayward,CA.
