Mustangs beat Laney 88-34 to finish non-conference play. Scoring leaders were Donwanae Anthony 22 pts, Paiton Demps 19 pts, Sankia Braxton 13 pts and Alexa Brand 16 pts. Braxton led all rebounders with 15, Anthony grabbed 9, while Brand and Weary had 7 rebounds each. Kendall Weary had a career-high 10 assists in only her 2nd start as a point guard. Paiton Demps and Sankia Braxton handed off 5 assists each. Mustangs wrap up their pre-season schedule tonight and prepare to begin Big 8 Conference play.#teameffort #wintheday
