Mustangs take 1st round 59-46 win over Shasta at the Solano Showdown. Kia Braxton led all Mustangs with 13 points and 12 rebounds. Tymiko Patterson led the team in her first start at point guard . After missing five games, the Mustangs welcome Donwanae Anthony Back to the line-up. She made an immediate impact with 7 rebounds. Alexa Brand came off the bench scoring 4-threes and finishing with 12 points.Paiton Demps handed off 4 asists. The Mustangs face Chabot College tomorrow at 4 PM tomorrow in the semi-finals.
