1st Season 

Kiara begins her 1st season as an Assistant Coach for the Women’s Basketball program. She is 2020 alumni who was a starting point guard on the 29-1 #1 ranked Delta team. Kiara led the Mustangs in steals, assists, and charges taken. She was instrumental in getting the ball to our top players and brought a very high basketball IQ to the team. Kiara was a Varsity Assistant Coach at Edison High School in 2020-22 and was an assistant coach for the Stockton Mustangs from 2020-22. She joins the Delta staff and will continue to help develop our players by utilizing our film program. Kiara is currently preparing to apply for the Radiology program at San Joaquin Delta College with a personal goal of becoming a Radiology Tech. She has played basketball for 15 Years and completed her high school career at Lincoln High School in Stockton.

Kiara will be a big asset to the Delta staff bringing her ability to analyze coaching strategies on the court and in film sessions with players. She will bring a calm approach to the game as she did as a player. Kiara will lead up film breakdowns which will help the Mustangs be the best they can be on the court. As an alumni Kiara is familiar with the program and will bring her positive attitude and work ethic to the program. Kiara resides in Stockton with her family.
