Roxanne is a graduate of San Joaquin Delta College and has been working in the Athletics Department for the past 20 years. Prior to that she worked in the Guidance and Counseling Department and Office of Instructional Services. Roxanne resides in Stockton with her husband Quincey and has three sons (Zack, Chris and Wade) and three grandchildren (Rebecca, Parker, and Ellie)
