Mustangs at Kim Duyst Invitational
The mustangs traveled down south to Turlock to compete at the Kim Duyst Invitational hosting D1, D2 and NAIA schools in California.
  • Alyana Crosby who is currently ranked #1 in the CCCAA placed 1st overall with jump of 5'4"1/4. Alyana later that day opened her season in 400m Hurdles with 9th place finish at 1:13.37 and competed in 100m hurdles and 4x400m respectively.
  • Andrew Farley who is currently ranked 6th in CCCAA placed 3rd overall with a mark of 49'6"1/2 in Men's Shot Put, Andrew later placed 9th in Men's Discus with mark of 131'3".
  • Alexis Pagala who is 6th in the state in Women's Discus threw 121'9" placing 6th in DIscus and later threw 36'4" placing 9th overall.
  • Benjamin Lindsay who is 6th in the state in Men's Javelin threw 155'6" placing 5th overall.
  • Jaidyn Valencia jumped 16'7"3/4 in Women's Long Jump placing 5th overall.
  • Erielle De La Cruz who is 7th in the CCCAA in Women's Triple Jump placed 9th overall with a mark of 34'6"1/4.
  • Women's 4x100m Relay team consisting of Sierra Kelliehan, Jaidyn Valencia, Isabel Arrizano, Nkem Ikechiuku ran a seasonal best of 50.79 placed 6th over in the meet.

This was a great test for the mustangs team to compete against 4-year schools and top community colleges in the region. The Mustang Women placed 1st overall out of all the community colleges at the meet. Mustangs travel to Modesto on Friday (3/13/20) to compete at the Jack Albani Invitational.
