The Delta Men (2-0) and Women (2-0) Swim Teams placed second at the Sac City Invite on Friday afternoon. Garrett Kimec was high point scorer (46 points) for the Wet Mustangs with; 3rd place finish in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 58.39, 3nd in the 50 Free (23.28), and 5th place in the 200 Free (1:55.95). Kimec also scored in three relays; 200 Medley relay (6th - 1:48.73), 400 IM Relay (4th - 4:14.55), and 200 Free Relay (2nd - 1:33.28).
The teams are back in the pool for competition on Tuesday, March 2 at 2:30pm at the June Fergusson Pool in Stockton.
