Coach Ashleigh Hedstrom-Siliako joined the Delta program as an assistant coach in 2018.  Ashleigh’s playing career included 4 years at McNair High School where she received All-League honors as a middle blocker.  Ashleigh played Junior college volleyball at Delta in 2014 as a middle blocker and helped take the team to the State Tournament.  After graduating from Delta, Ashleigh went on to California State University Stanislaus where she graduated with a degree in Psychology.  In addition to Delta, Ashleigh’s coaching career has included five years as the Head Volleyball Coach at McNair High School and 6 years of coaching club volleyball. Ashleigh focuses her coaching on the middle blockers and right-side players focusing on offense and blocking.  She brings energy to the practice and matches and views her role as pushing the team both on and off the court. 

In addition to coaching volleyball, Ashleigh is employed as a warehouse supervisor for Home Depot.  She is married to JayAr Silaiko, who is also an assistant coach at Delta.  She has one daughter, Mika and a son on the way.
