The Delta College Swim Teams are competing at the CCCAA State Championships at East LA College in Monterey Park, Ca. The Women had a stellar first day and are currently in third place. The Mustangs were led by the 5th place finish in the 500 free (5:23.54) by Natalie Johnston. Johnston also teamed with McKenna Bowman, Jojo Hurles, and Sophia Schwartz in the 200 Free Relay (1:41.45) which placed 4th overall.
The Men are in 16th place after day 1 and were led by Tony Arteaga who place 7th in 3M diving (142.55) and Julio Murguia who placed 9th in the 500 Free (4:45.52).
