Assistant Coach Kristie Plateau has reached a career milestone with 150 victories as a coach. Kristie joined the volleyball staff in 2015. In seven seasons the team has averaged more than 20 victories per year, made the state playoffs every year finishing 2nd in 2017 and 3rd in 2022 and two Big 8 conference championships. Kristie's contributions include focusing on strategy, fundamentals, match planning and game management. She is also in charge of team academics and assists the players with scheduling and any academic issues. Congratulation to Coach Plateau for her contributions to making Delta the premier volleyball program in Northern California.
