Kevin Anderson - CCC Classified Employee of the Year

San Joaquin Delta College proudly announces that Kevin Anderson has been named California Community Colleges Classified Employee of the Year. This prestigious statewide honor recognizes Kevin's extraordinary dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to student-athlete success.

Kevin's nomination for the 2025 award is strengthened by a record of achievement that speaks volumes. He led the college's athletics program through the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic with resilience and focus, ensuring continuity and support for students and staff alike. His leadership extended beyond crisis management—he spearheaded the transformation of a modest athletics training facility into a state-of-the-art complex, significantly improving the training environment for student-athletes.

In a move that underscores his proactive vision, Kevin also successfully advocated for and secured three full-time Athletic Trainers (ATCs), ensuring top-tier care and comprehensive support for Delta's athletes. His tireless work ethic, innovative thinking, and deep-rooted commitment to student success have made a lasting impact on the college community.
