For the first time ever, three Delta College players have earned All American status in the same season. Sophomores Robert Gasser, Zack Mathis, and Vinny Bologna were all chosen to the Pacific Division All American Team: https://www.abca.org/ABCA/Awards/All-Americans/Pacific_Association/2019.aspx. 

All three had outstanding seasons:

ROBERT GASSER went 14-0, 102 inn, 72 hits, 126 k's, 2.38 ERA and was named the California Pitcher of the Year. Robert has committed to the University of Houston.

ZACK MATHIS hit .351 with 24 2B's, 2 3B's, 10 HR's, 66 RBI's and 10 SB's while fielding .941 at SS. Zack will commit to LSU or Texas Tech within the next two weeks.

VINNY BOLOGNA hit .402, with 21 2B's, 4 3B's, 17 HR's, 73 RBI's and 23 SB's while recording six outfield assists. Vinny was given the "Big Stick Award" for his outstanding season
