The women's volleyball team is the 2022 Big 8 Champion finishing with a conference record of 15-1.  This is the 19th Big 8 Conference title for the Mustangs. In all 15 conference wins, the team won each match 3 sets to 0.  The team is currently ranked second in the state with an overall record of 23-3.  They are seeded first in Northern California for the state playoffs which start on Tuesday, November 22 at 6:30 pm at Delta College in the Marcopulos' gym.

 

Outside hitter Savannah LeBarre was voted Big 8 Conference MVP.  First team conference honors went to outside hitter Kiyah Irby, setter Ellie Crowell and libero Angela Biazon.  Middle blocker Bella Cormack is a 2nd team all-conference selection.

 

Both Savannah LeBarre and Kiyah Irby have been named as All-State players.  Kiyah has also been voted as a second team All-American.   

 

For the fourth time in her 13 years as head coach, Molly Hummel was named Big 8 Conference Coach of the Year. Coach Hummel has also been named Northern California Coach of the Year.
