Coach Kristie Plateau joined the Delta volleyball staff in 2015 as the first assistant coach. Plateau’s playing career included 4 years in high school as well as playing for Delta Valley Volleyball Club. During her senior year at Lodi High, she earned all-league honors as a setter and defensive specialist. Prior to coming to Delta, Plateau coached at the high school and club level. Kristie focuses her coaching on strategy, fundamentals, match planning and game management. She is also in charge of academics and assists the players with scheduling and any academic issues. She shares her passion for the game with her fellow coaches and her players.

In addition to coaching volleyball, Kristie has been employed as a federal law enforcement agent for over 20 years. She and her husband Roman live in Lodi and have three girls, Celeste , Chloe and Hannah.
