The start of the 2023 season marks Joshua Bradley’s 10th season as head coach of Delta College Men’s Soccer. This season should be an exciting one full of talent, energy and desire with a roster of 14 freshmen and 9 sophomores. The 2021 and 2022 seasons proved to be challenging but the team's resilience proved that the program would always strive for success. In 2019 the Mustangs hit new heights finishing the season with a record of 13-7-4, ranked 8th in Northern California, 14th in the state, and 14th in the nation. This was the first season in school history that the Mustangs competed in the NorCal Regional Final in the elite 8.  In 2018, for a 2nd consecutive season, Bradley was awarded the Big 8 Conference “Coach of the Year”. The Mustangs completed the 2018 season winning the Big 8 conference for the first time in program history, ranked 5th in Nor Cal and 8th in the state, boasting a final record of 14-2-4, and finished in the top 20 of the nation.

Before joining the Delta College soccer program, Bradley was the volunteer Director of Operations for Women’s Soccer at UC Berkeley, gaining invaluable Division One experience. He led Benicia High to a first ever CIF section championship in 2009 and another in 2011. The Solano County Athletic Association awarded Bradley the Coach of the Year in 2009, with a season record of 24-0-1, and the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) awarded him the California State High School Coach of the Year in 2010.
