Beneton Peterson tallied 3 goals on the day, while Jake Dorman racked up 2. In the cage Connor Johnson made 13 saves, and Jonathan Horton blocked 15. A trio of Mustangs Horton, Peterson, and Aris Coverdale led the attack with two assists each on the day. Delta will be back in play on Saturday, Sep 10th vs. Long Beach City College and Las Positas College for Day 2 of the Nyquist Tournament

The Mustangs will return to the pool next weekend for their home opener in the Bill Anttila Memorial Water Polo tournament in Stockton on Sep 16-17th.
